Former Board of Education Commissioner Ann Hsu announces today that she is running for the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) Board of Education this November.

She is holding a press conference on Thursday, 7/18/2024 at 9:45 a.m. in front of the Asian Art Museum.

Board of Education Candidate Ann Hsu is asking the Superintendent and Board of Education to tell families what the plan is when a school is closed or consolidated.

Regardless of which schools are to be closed or consolidated, parents and teachers need to know how the transition will be managed so they can understand their options and plan for their families as soon as possible.
